Azure – Azure AD DS (Active Directory Domain Services) is can be used as Resource Forest (preview)

You may already know Azure Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), the Azure feature allowing you to host your Active Directory Domain Services on Azure.

Good news, you can now also provision your Azure AD DS as a Forest Resource.

The principles here are exactly the same as the ‘classic’ User/Resource Forests deployment on-premises.
