Azure – You can now recover a deleted Log Analytics workspace

By know, you should already know that Azure Log Analytics is the Azure service collecting and analyzing data generated by your Azure and on-premises resources.

Well, you can now recover a deleted Azure Log Analytics Workspace – up to 14 days after deletion – with all the associated data and connected agents.

To recover a delete workspace, logon to your Azure portal (https://portal.azure.com/) and access the Log Analytics workspaces blade which list all your workspace.

There, you will see a new Recover option in the toolbar; just right to the Add button

There you will need to select the subscription where the workspace was hosted and select the workspace to recover

There you go, your workspace is now recovered with all the associated data and agents
