As you know, System Center Configuration Manager Current Branch (SCCM CB) – aka Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager – can be integrated with Intune (aka Microsoft Endpoint Manager) to provide hybrid device management capabilities, also called co-management.
This integration is called tenant attach onboarding.
Well, while this hybrid device management provides lot of value for SCCM customers, there may be situation where there is a need to remove the SCCM hierarchy from Intune.
Good news, this is now possible to offboard your SCCM hierarchy from Intune (also called tenant attach offboarding).
To do such thing, connect to your Intune administration portal (https://endpoint.microsoft.com/) and access the Tenant administration\Connectors and tokens\Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager blade
There you will see your onboarded SCCM hierarchy.
Click on the hierarchy you want to offboard and then select Delete
