Outlook Mobile – It is now easier to identify your accounts

If you have multiple mail accounts in your Outlook mobile (both on iOS and Android), it is now easier to identify these accounts.

If the company has configured Azure AD Branding, your accounts in Outlook mobile will now show the company logo instead of the Office 365 logo or a single letter based on the name of the account.

That said, this will not apply if:

  • You only have one account in Outlook mobile
  • No branding has been configured in Azure AD
  • The additional accounts in Outlook mobile are from the same tenant (like shared or delegated mailboxes)

So if you have multiple accounts from different tenant and/or your personal account, Outlook mobile will now look like the below screenshot
