SCCM – You can now set more regional Settings during OSD

If you use System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)/Endpoint Configuration Manager (ECM) Current Branch for your operating system deployment (OSD), then you can now define more regional settings applying to system and user local.

Previously you were only able to the set the Time Zone.

You need to run SCCM/ECM Current Branch 2002.

You don’t need to create a new OSD task sequence; existing ones are updated to provide you the options.

The new options available are:

  • Input Local
  • System Local
  • UI Language (if working with Language Pack)
  • UI Language Failback (if working with Language Pack)
  • User Local

These options are available in the Apply Windows Settings step
