Teams – You can now spotlight a video during a Teams meeting

When you are on a Teams meeting and participants have turned on their camera, you can now spotlight a specific video stream to all meeting participant – this also works even if the participant did not turned on the camera (but what’s the point).

To spotlight a participant, open the contextual menu of the participant to choose spotlight

Then if you want to unspotlight, choose either the Stop spotlighting from the top bar or use the same contextual menu to do the same.

You will also notice a spotlight icon on the right side of the participant name in the participant list
